Prep: 15 Minutes
Cook: 10 Minutes
Serves: 12

1 ½ pounds Ground beef

1 tablespoon KING'S HAWAIIAN® Smoked Bacon BBQ Sauce

½ teaspoon Garlic powder

½ teaspoon Onion powder

Salt and Pepper

1 tablespoon Butter

12 KING'S HAWAIIAN® Original Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls

6 slices Provolone cheese, quartered

2 Roma tomatoes, sliced

½ cup Shredded carrots

½ cup Yellow bell pepper, julienned

24 Blue cereal loops

6 Black olives, quartered

12 Green and yellow sweet baby peppers

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, KING'S HAWAIIAN Smoked Bacon BBQ Sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and use your hands to shape into 3 1/2” patties.
Step 2
Melt butter on a griddle over medium heat, cook patties 2 to 3 minutes per side or until cooked to desired temperature.
Step 3
Slice KING’S HAWAIIAN dinner rolls in half; separate top half from bottom half.
Step 4
Place a tomato slice and a burger patty onto bottom half of each roll.
Step 5
Use a quarter slice of cheese to create teeth for each slider. Place teeth on top of each burger patty.
Step 6
Slice an inch-long slit across the top half of each roll to place “hair” into. Place on top of burger.
Step 7
For hair: Gently press shredded carrots and julienned bell peppers into the prepared slit across the top of the roll.
Step 8
For eyes: Use a quarter slice of cheese to create 2 eye shapes for each slider. Use 2 toothpicks to attach cheese. Then place a blue cereal loop and olive quarter onto each toothpick.
Chef's Note
For nose, eyebrows and ears: For each slider, cut the tip of a baby pepper as the nose. Cut one portion lengthwise to create ears. Use green bell peppers to create eyebrows. Gently place each onto the slider. If necessary, use toothpicks to secure.
