Fire Goddess Ring Dip

For cheese dip:

2 ½ cups shredded pepper jack

2 cups shredded cheddar, divided

2 (8-oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened

2 jalapeños, minced

1 teaspoon chili powder

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

For rolls:

12 KING'S HAWAIIAN® Original Sweet Rolls, halved lengthwise

¼ cup Butter, melted

½ teaspoon Garlic powder

¼ teaspoon Chili powder

1 Green onion, thinly sliced

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, stir together pepper jack, 3/4 cup cheddar, cream cheese, jalapeno, garlic and chili powder and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
In a large, high-sided skillet, overlap halved KING’S HAWAIIAN rolls, cut-side down, around the edge of the skillet to form a ring. In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, garlic powder, and chili powder. Brush all over rolls.
Step 3
Add cheese mixture to the center of the skillet and smooth so that it touches the rolls. Top with remaining cheddar and bake until rolls are golden and cheese is melted and bubbly, 15 to 18 minutes.
Step 4
Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
