Moon Rock Bread Pudding

12 KING'S HAWAIIAN® Original Sweet Rolls, quartered

2 cups Milk

⅓ cup Heavy cream

4 large Eggs, lightly beaten

1 teaspoon pure Vanilla extract

1 ½ cups Sugar

½ cup Cocoa powder

½ teaspoon Salt

¼ cup mini Chocolate chips

¼ cup White chocolate chips, melted

Powdered sugar, for garnish (should be a very light dusting)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread KING’S HAWAIIAN rolls on a large baking sheet and bake until the bread is toasted, about 10 minutes.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together milk, cream, eggs, and vanilla. In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Whisk the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.
Step 3
Place toasted bread in a baking dish and pour over milk mixture. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until there is no visible moisture. Drizzle with white chocolate, dust with powdered sugar, and serve hot.
