Pineapplehead Colada

6 ounces Master of Mixes Pina Colada Mix

2 ounces Hawaiian White Rum or Hawaiian Vodka

1 Pineapple

1 teaspoon KING’S HAWAIIAN® Lava Sauce

1 ounce DOLE® Pineapple Juice

2 cups Cubed Ice, Fresh

1 each Pineapple wedge (use picture to copy cut)

1 each Fresh large strawberry

Step 1
Combine ice, rum (or vodka), pineapple juice and Pina Colada mix into mixer and blend till ice is smooth. Serve immediately.
Serving Directions Step 1
Cut off top of pineapple. Carefully hollow out the pineapple. Carve Pineapplehead face onto front of hollowed out pineapple being careful not to go all the way through.
Step 2
Carefully pour finished batched Pineapple Colada into the hollowed out pineapple.
Step 3
Use Lava Sauce to drizzle around rim of pineapple and mouth of pineapplehead.
Step 4
Garnish with pineapple leaves, pineapple wedge and skewered strawberry.
