Bell Pepper Stuffing

Serves: 6

1/3 cup Butter

3/4 cup Onion chopped

1 cup Broth

1 Orange bell pepper (for lantern)

1 package King's Hawaiian Classic Stuffing

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and sauté 2-3 minutes, until translucent.
Step 3
Empty stuffing mix into a large mixing bowl. Add sautéed onions over stuffing mix, then add broth. Mix gently.
Step 4
Spoon into a 8”x8” pan (or casserole) and cover with foil.
Step 5
Bake 30 minutes.
Step 6
For crunchier stuffing, uncover and bake 10 additional minutes.
Step 7
Cut top of bell pepper and clean out the insides.
Step 8
Carve your face using a knife or pumpkin carving tools.
Step 9
